Shadcn/UI now defaults to Base UI instead of Radix

According to Shadcn UI's changelog, the popular React component library has switched its default component primitives from Radix to Base UI. Shadcn UI provides developers with a CLI tool for scaffolding pre-built, unstyled components. Base UI, developed by the Material-UI team, offers similar headless component libraries with built-in accessibility features. The shift marks a significant change in how frontend developers will set up new projects.
