Beeg float library, a Rust port of Fabrice Bellard's libbf

Fabrice Bellard's libbf—the big float library for arbitrary-precision arithmetic—has been ported to Rust. The original C implementation serves applications requiring precision beyond standard floating-point numbers. The new Rust version, released on GitHub, brings this capability to Rust developers while maintaining the language's memory safety guarantees.
