Vingegaard takes yellow jersey as Tour de France begins in Barcelona

According to France 24, Jonas Vingegaard has taken the lead at the Tour de France with a dominant performance in the opening stage. The Visma-Lease a Bike cyclist posted the fastest time in Saturday's nineteen point six-kilometer team time trial in Barcelona, finishing twelve seconds ahead of Slovenian rival Tadej Pogacar. Vingegaard is chasing his third title, having won the Tour in twenty twenty-two and twenty twenty-three, while Pogacar is the defending champion, with four Tour victories to his name.
