World Cup bosses wipe out red card for US striker Balogun on eve of Belgium tie

According to RFI, FIFA has rescinded the red card given to US striker Folarin Balogun from the Americans' two-nil World Cup win over Bosnia and Herzegovina on July first. The reversal was announced on Sunday, just before the US faces Belgium.
