Colombia's presidential runoff yesterday produced preliminary results naming far-right candidate Abelardo de la Espriella as president-elect, according to the national electoral authority. His left-wing opponent, Iván Cepeda, says his campaign will challenge the results at thirty-three thousand polling stations during the official count.
