The Pitt, Hacks and newcomers Widow’s Bay and Pluribus lead 2026 Emmy nominations

According to The Guardian, the twenty twenty-six Emmy nominations are dominated by HBO's The Pitt, which received twenty-five nominations, and the final season of Hacks, with twenty-four. Both shows scored big for the network. Apple shows also led the field, while newcomers Widow's Bay and Pluribus emerged as strong contenders this year. But Richard Gadd's Half-Man — the follow-up to Baby Reindeer — landed just a single nomination.
