A 1631 reprint of the King James Bible made one of printing's most notable mistakes, according to Boing Boing. The word 'not' was accidentally omitted from the Seventh Commandment, making it read 'Thou shalt commit adultery' instead of 'Thou shalt not commit adultery.' The error was caught relatively quickly, but not before the edition earned its lasting nickname: the Wicked Bible.
