Qatari and Pakistani mediators reported encouraging progress, and the two sides agreed to finalize a nuclear deal within sixty days. U.S. intelligence, however, remains skeptical that a full agreement will materialize, with some officials doubting Iran's willingness to make the necessary nuclear concessions.
