What future for Gaza after Hamas dissolves governing body?

According to France 24, Hamas announced this week that it has dissolved its de facto government in Gaza, saying it is ready to hand power to a committee of technocrats appointed by Donald Trump's Board of Peace. Israel dismissed the move as a stunt. France 24 notes that the Israeli military continues to bomb Gaza despite the ostensible ceasefire, while controlling more than sixty percent of the territory, and the technocratic committee remains outside the enclave. That leaves an open question over who is actually in charge.
