Arthur Fery's Wimbledon fairytale ended in the semi-finals, according to the Guardian, when number-two seed Alexander Zverev proved too strong. Thousands of fans still gathered on Henman Hill, hoping to witness the underdog upset, but Zverev's experience prevailed. The crowd left disappointed, but they'd shown up anyway to support a David-versus-Goliath story in the making.
