Spain is through to the World Cup semi-finals, France 24 reports, after Mikel Merino's dramatic 88th-minute winner sealed a two-to-one victory over Belgium. Fabian Ruiz had put Spain ahead early, but Charles De Ketelaere equalized before halftime. Luis de la Fuente's side found the decisive goal just two minutes from time.
