Los Angeles police pause Flock's surveillance of everyday life

According to Boing Boing, the Los Angeles Police Department is ending its three-year partnership with surveillance camera company Flock Safety. The agreement expires on Saturday due to privacy and civil liberties concerns raised over the scope of the surveillance.
