WhatsApp has a new chief executive. Will Cathcart, who has led the messaging platform, is moving to a different role at Meta. His successor is Kunal Shah, founder of the Indian fintech giant CRED, who's stepping down from that position. Meta is simultaneously investing nine hundred million dollars in CRED, according to TechCrunch.
