AL 3B Caminero hit by pitch, exits in 3rd inning

During Tuesday's All-Star Game in Philadelphia, St. Louis Cardinals reliever Riley O'Brien hit Tampa Bay Rays third baseman Junior Caminero on the left hand with a ninety-seven point six mile per hour sinker. Per ESPN SportsCenter, the twenty-three-year-old exited the game in the third inning.
