Mermaid to Unicode box art (grok-mermaid)

Per Simon Willison's Weblog, xAI's recently open-sourced Grok CLI includes a Rust tool that renders Mermaid diagrams as Unicode box art in the terminal. Willison experimented with compiling it to WebAssembly to create a browser-based converter, successfully bringing the diagram magic from the command line to the web.
