Scarlets sign New Zealand U20 lock Allen

BBC Sport reports the Scarlets have signed New Zealand lock Tom Allen from the Hurricanes. The twenty-one-year-old stands six foot six and previously played for the Super Rugby Pacific champions' Under-twenty squad.
