Ten years after voting to leave the European Union, the UK is taking stock of Brexit's economic toll. According to BBC analysis of internal Bank of England data, the British economy has suffered a six percent hit from the departure. OECD figures paint a similar picture: while the UK initially kept pace with other advanced economies in the years following the twenty sixteen referendum, it has since fallen behind the United States and Canada since the early twenty-twenties.
