Magnitude 7.3 earthquake quake strikes off Mexico coast

BBC World reports that a magnitude seven point three earthquake has struck off the coast of Mexico. According to the broadcaster, the US Tsunami Warning Center issued a warning and recorded waves around zero point three meters, or roughly one point one feet, high at Puerto Madero and in Chiapas.
