Magnitude 7.3 earthquake quake strikes off Mexico coast

BBC World reports that a magnitude seven point three earthquake has struck off the coast of Mexico. According to the broadcaster, the US Tsunami Warning Center issued a warning and recorded waves around zero point three meters, or roughly one point one feet, high at Puerto Madero and in Chiapas. The feed does not include further detail on damage or casualties.
