A US businessman accused of orchestrating one of America's biggest Medicare frauds has been arrested in Turkey after a year on the run. According to Al Jazeera, the scheme involved approximately three point seven billion dollars in fraudulent billing. The arrest marks the end of an extended international manhunt by authorities.
