Wildberries and Ozon, two of Russia’s largest online marketplaces, wrote sellers out of compensation for war damage

This summer, Russia's e-commerce giants Ozon and Wildberries rewrote their seller contracts to exclude compensation for war damage and drone strikes. Per Meduza, Ukrainian drones then struck Wildberries warehouses in Moscow and Tambov. The company's leadership confirmed the damage and said they're now working out what compensation, if any, sellers will receive under the new contract terms.
