Arthur 'Slim' Halliday, known as the Houdini of Boggo Road, executed his second escape from the Australian prison in nineteen forty-six. ABC News reports he recruited two associates, and the group scaled the prison walls before disappearing into a waiting taxi. It was another audacious display of ingenuity from one of the prison's most cunning escapees.
