QT6 brings BASIC to the Web Browser, or Your Computer

BASIC-256, a beginner-focused programming language, has been ported to QT6 and now runs in your web browser, Hackaday reports. The multi-platform version includes sixty-four-bit variables and graphics routines, available natively on Raspberry Pi, x86, and Apple Silicon—though the web version can't access hardware like serial ports. It's open source and in beta, with the developer actively seeking feedback.
