Asylum seekers sent to Nauru by Australia say they are going hungry

Per ABC News, a survey of 78 asylum seekers on Nauru found ninety-nine percent said they regularly skip meals because their fortnightly allowance is insufficient to buy food. More than three-quarters reported they rarely have access to clean drinking water. The findings raise humanitarian concerns about conditions for asylum seekers Australia has sent to the Pacific island.
