US boxer Hannah Rapp allegedly killed by driver while cycling in Texas

A rising figure in women's boxing has died in Texas. The Guardian reports that Hannah Rapp, who just last month fought for the World Boxing Council women's featherweight championship, was killed on Saturday while cycling, after a motorist struck her with his car. Rapp was twenty-six. According to authorities in Brazos County, investigators have arrested a thirty-one-year-old man, identified as Charles Medina, in connection with her death.
