Evenepoel criticises 'inhuman' night doping tests as Vingegaard crashes out

Per BBC Sport, Belgian cyclist Remco Evenepoel claimed victory in stage fifteen of the Tour de France on Sunday, but used his win to criticize what he called the race's "inhuman" middle-of-the-night doping tests. Adding to the stage's drama, two-time Tour champion Jonas Vingegaard crashed out of the competition.
