JD and Usha Vance welcome baby boy, first child born to sitting VP in 156 years

Vice President JD Vance and second lady Usha Vance announced on Sunday the arrival of their fourth child, Alec Neel Vance. The Guardian reports he's the first child born to a sitting vice-president in one hundred fifty-six years. Alec joins three older siblings: Ewan, nine; Vivek, six; and Mirabel, four.
