Andy Burnham becomes UK prime minister after meeting King Charles

The Guardian is reporting that Andy Burnham has formally become UK Prime Minister after meeting King Charles at Buckingham Palace. Burnham, who recently became Labour party leader following Keir Starmer's resignation, is the fourth prime minister to take office in less than four years, and the sixth within a decade.
