Burnham becomes the UK's seventh PM in a decade after Starmer resigns

Andy Burnham is the United Kingdom's new Prime Minister following Keir Starmer's resignation. In his first speech Monday, Burnham said politicians need to be better. According to RFI, he's now the seventh British PM in a decade.
