Brussels proposes easing methane penalties after heavy lobbying from industry

Per Euronews, the European Commission will not be tightening methane penalties after heavy lobbying from the energy industry. Instead, the Commission is publishing optional contract clauses to help energy importers comply with the EU's methane regulations.
