Andy Burnham has become Britain's Prime Minister, The Guardian reports. Burnham is naming Healey as Chancellor of the Exchequer—responsible for national finances—Miliband as Foreign Secretary, and Yvette Cooper as Health Secretary, with Mahmood continuing as Home Secretary. As Burnham headed to Buckingham Palace for his formal appointment today, environmental protesters displayed banners on Whitehall opposing the proposed Rosebank oil field development in the North Sea.
