William Shatner's metal band is playing Riot Fest

William Shatner, the ninety-five-year-old actor and space tourist, is bringing his heavy metal band to Riot Fest. Boing Boing reports that Shatner and his band, the *uckers—which includes a literal asterisk in the name—will perform live for the first time at the three-day annual festival, alongside headliners like the Pixies and Patti Smith.
