Variety reports Sharon Stone has quit smoking cannabis. The actress suffered a near-fatal stroke in twenty oh-one and has been on stroke-recovery medications ever since. She stopped taking one of those medications last September, against her doctors' recommendation, describing the withdrawal as feeling like coming off heroin.
