Small dog missing for weeks rescued while swimming in San Francisco Bay

Per the Menlo Park fire protection district, a small dog that disappeared around the Fourth of July weekend was rescued from the San Francisco Bay. A passerby spotted the dog swimming near the Dumbarton Bridge in East Palo Alto on July sixteenth and called nine-one-one. Firefighters responded with boats, trucks, and a drone to bring the pup back to shore.
