United Airlines says it will "look into" a viral video that shows one of its employees threatening to call Immigration and Customs Enforcement on a Mexican American traveler at San Francisco International Airport last week. As The Guardian tells it, the confrontation began when Julio Varela of San Ramon grew frustrated with how long staff were taking to fix an error his family had made entering his daughter's name while buying a ticket for a flight to Canada. During the exchange, the worker reportedly told him, "you don't act like a citizen." The airline has not said what, if anything, it will do about the encounter.
