Weather warnings as another tropical storm develops along US Gulf coast

The Guardian reports that Tropical Storm Bertha formed along the US Gulf coast Monday evening, with its center about one hundred ten miles south of Panama City, Florida. Maximum sustained winds are around forty miles per hour, and the system is bringing threats of heavy rain and storm surge flooding. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Fausto continues to build strength off Mexico's southwest Pacific coast.
