An Arby's manager in Broken Bow, Oklahoma faces serious charges after allegedly contaminating a customer's food. According to The Smoking Gun, Amanda Hendricks, age thirty-eight, was charged with adulterating food, assault and battery. The customer claims the incident resulted in contracting oral herpes.
