Family of seven's home left uninhabitable as insurer worsens damage

ABC News reports that a Queensland family of seven is living in an overcrowded caravan and shed after their home became uninhabitable. The initial damage began with a leak, but insurance provider Suncorp's claims handling made the situation significantly worse.
