Inorganic Arsenic

The Federal Register reports that OSHA is reopening the public comment period on its proposal to revise the Inorganic Arsenic safety standard. Following a review by the Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health, OSHA is extending the deadline by thirty additional days, allowing interested parties to submit feedback on the revised standard.
