Oil prices jump 4% as Rubio says U.S. will 'continue to protect shipping' after strikes on Iran

Oil prices have jumped four percent following eleven consecutive days of U.S. strikes against Iran aimed at degrading the country's threat to commercial shipping. Secretary of State Marco Rubio says the U.S. will continue protecting shipping in the region.
