President Trump has threatened to destroy Iranian bridges and power plants in retaliation for attacks on the strait of Hormuz, The Guardian World reports. The threat follows an eleventh consecutive night of United States military strikes on Iran. Separately, Jordan's army said it intercepted four Iranian missiles on Wednesday, with two others coming down in remote, uninhabited areas and causing no casualties or damage, per AFP. The strait of Hormuz is the narrow waterway at the mouth of the Persian Gulf through which a large share of the world's seaborne oil is shipped.
