Nearly 1,000 people have died from Ebola in DR Congo

The World Health Organization reports that nearly a thousand people have died in an Ebola outbreak across the Democratic Republic of Congo and Uganda. The toll stands at nine hundred ninety-nine deaths in the DRC and two in Uganda, with the Bundibugyo strain identified as the cause.
