Russia's three largest online marketplaces have revised their seller agreements to shield themselves from liability during military conflict. Meduza reports that Yandex Market, Ozon, and Wildberries updated their terms to exempt only the platforms from obligations during force majeure events—including drone strikes, military action, and civil unrest. The previous agreements protected both parties equally. These changes are now being tested: Ukrainian drones have struck Wildberries warehouses twice over the past week. The company says it will compensate affected sellers for their losses, but hasn't said when payments will arrive or how they'll be calculated.
