The United States and Saudi Arabia have reached a civilian nuclear cooperation agreement. Energy Secretary Chris Wright and Saudi Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman signed the pact on Wednesday, along with a separate bilateral safeguards deal, France 24 reports.
