Channel NewsAsia reports that anonymous tip-offs are proving to be a spark in Singapore's corruption investigations. Last year, roughly thirty-five percent of corruption-related reports to the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau came in anonymously, and nearly a quarter of the bureau's cases originated from anonymous leads.
