Ukrainian drone strikes hit about 10% of Russian retail giant Wildberries’ warehouse space

Ukrainian drone strikes have damaged roughly ten percent of Wildberries' Russian warehouse network over the past week — approximately five hundred fifty-two thousand square meters across facilities in Elektrostal, Kotovsk, Nevinnomyssk, Krasnodar, and Voronezh. Per calculations by Kommersant, experts value the damaged property at sixty billion rubles, with roughly four hundred forty-four thousand square meters now unusable. The impact is especially significant because Krasnodar functions as the marketplace's primary distribution hub for southern Russia. Wildberries may need to shift away from its preferred model of shipping directly from its own warehouses, instead relying on sellers' warehouses or leasing additional space in other regions.
