After deadly shootings, police experts question how well ICE officers are vetted

Recent fatal shootings by ICE officers in Texas and Maine are raising questions about how the agency screens its new hires. According to NPR, some law enforcement experts worry that a rapid hiring spree can push agencies to cut corners in vetting recruits.
