The Trump administration has cut SNAP-Ed, a landmark nutrition education program, despite promoting healthy eating through its Make America Healthy Again agenda. NPR reports that nutrition advocates and public health experts are puzzled by what they see as a direct contradiction between the administration's stated wellness goals and eliminating a program dedicated to nutrition education.
