Saudi PIF's $55 billion EA deal approved under EU merger rules

Channel NewsAsia reports that Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund has secured European Union approval for its fifty-five billion dollar acquisition of Electronic Arts. The European regulator has signed off on the deal.
