President Trump says a nuclear deal with Saudi Arabia will bar uranium enrichment and hinges on the kingdom recognizing Israel by joining the Abraham Accords, according to The Guardian, which cites a post on his Truth Social platform. It comes as U.S. strikes on Iran widen and Houthi forces claim attacks on two Saudi tankers. The Guardian reports that Iran's Revolutionary Guard said it stopped three oil tankers from passing through the Strait of Hormuz, a narrow waterway that carries much of the world's seaborne oil. Trump also warned that any Iranian attack on a ship in the strait would be answered by U.S. forces destroying a bridge or power plant, including sites in or near Tehran.
