France: Massive blaze engulfs Cap Ferret forests as thousands evacuated

Euronews reports that a fast-moving wildfire has engulfed the forests of France's Cap Ferret peninsula, forcing the evacuation of thousands of residents. The blaze has already destroyed dozens of homes, with some seven hundred firefighters battling to bring it under control. Euronews says the entire peninsula has been cleared as crews work to contain the fire.
